  • (2) Beef New York Strip Steak
  • (2) Wild-Caught Cod Filets
  • (1 head) Cauliflower
  • (1 bundle) Fresh Asparagus
  • (2 Tablespoons) Butter
  • (1/4 Cup) Milk (or dairy alternative)
  • (To taste) Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil (or oil of choice for cooking)



1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.

2. Season the New York strip steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle a little olive oil over the steaks to prevent sticking.

3. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your preference. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

4. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the cod fillets. Season them with salt and pepper on both sides.

5. Heat a separate pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Cook the cod fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Set aside.

6. For the mashed cauliflower, chop the cauliflower into florets and steam or boil until tender. Drain well and transfer to a food processor.

7. Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the food processor with the cauliflower. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more milk if needed.

8. In a small baking sheet, season asparagus with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

9. To serve, place a scoop of mashed cauliflower on one side of the plate. Top with a cod fillet and a sliced New York strip steak.

10. Serve the cooked asparagus on the side..
