Brushed with a honey-teriyaki glaze and baked until tender, this wild-caught sockeye pairs perfectly with rice, cucumbers, and crispy seaweed for a kid-friendly, nutrient-rich meal your whole family will love.

Ingredients
- (2-4 filets) Sockeye Salmon Filet (Boneless)
- (1/4 cup) Teriyaki Sauce (we use Primal Kitchen)
- (3 Tbsp.) Honey
- (2 Tbsp.) Lemon Juice
- (2 cloves) Minced Garlic
- (1 Tbsp.) Avocado Oil
- Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste.
Directions
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the glaze: Whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and oil.

Prep the salmon: Pat dry and lay skin-side down on the sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Glaze generously, brushing the mixture over the fillets.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Optional broil: Broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

Serve with rice, crisp cucumber, and nori for a fresh, family-friendly meal.
