What are examples of items covered by the guarantee?

We take pride in having a 98%+ delivery and order success rate. But on occasion, things happen. Examples of items covered by our guarantee include:

  • You received a wrong item(s) or had missing items.

  • You received a package with a broken seal.

  • Your order experienced a delivery delay which resulted in your item(s) being warm or NOT at least refrigerator cold to touch or colder.

What are examples that the guarantee does NOT cover?

We stand behind our guarantee for orders and transactions directly through our business at Ayers Valley Farm.

If there is a business pretending to do business as our name, and asking to be paid via PayPal, please DO NOT interact with them. They are scams and are something we cannot cover with the AVF Guarantee.
