Ingredients

  • (1 pack) Chicken Drumsticks
  • (1 tablespoon) Dried Oregano
  • (2 teaspoons) Garlic Powder
  • (1 teaspoon) Onion Powder
  • (2 tablespoons) Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • (1 lemon) Lemon Juice
  • (1/4 cup, grated) Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish* optional)
  • (2 Tbsp) Avocado Oil

Directions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Marinate the Drumsticks: Add the drumsticks to the marinade in the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Preheat the Oven: When ready to cook, preheat your oven to 375°F.
  4. Prepare for Baking: Arrange the marinated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Squeeze lemon juice over the drumsticks.
  5. Bake: Place the drumsticks in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  6. Make the Garlic Parmesan Aioli: While the chicken is baking, prepare the aioli. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Final Touches: Once the drumsticks are done, remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot chicken. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  9. Serve: Serve the Greek drumsticks hot, accompanied by the garlic Parmesan aioli for dipping.
