- (4 cloves) Minced Garlic
- (1 Tbsp.) Fresh Rosemary
- (1 Tbsp.) Fresh Thyme
- (to taste) Salt & Pepper
- (1 bunch, trimmed) Asparagus
- (1 bag (16 oz)) Frozen Cauliflower Florets
- (3 Tbsp.) Olive Oil (or butter)
- (1/4 Cup) Plain Greek Yogurt

- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Garlic Herb Pork Chop:
- Mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the garlic herb mixture onto both sides of the pork chop.
