Sweet, savory, and super fast! A quick weeknight stir fry made with flavorful pasture-raised pineapple teriyaki pork sausage.

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ayers Valley Farm Pineapple Teriyaki Pork Bratwurst (sliced)
- (1 tbsp) Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil
- (1) Bell Pepper (sliced)
- (1) Carrot (sliced)
- (1 cup) Snap Peas (whole)
- (2 cups) Broccoli Florets
- (1/4 cup) Coconut Aminos or Teriyaki Sauce
- Cooked Rice for Serving
Directions
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear sausage slices until browned.
- Add peppers, carrot, snap peas, and broccoli; sauté 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in teriyaki/coconut aminos and cook 2–3 minutes more.
- Serve over warm rice.
