Turn up the heat with this Nashville Hot Sockeye Salmon, a fiery, flavorful twist on a classic Southern favorite! Made with wild-caught Sockeye Salmon portions, this recipe combines a spicy-sweet blend of honey, paprika, garlic, and bold seasonings that caramelize beautifully as the salmon roasts. Each fillet is oven-baked to tender, flaky perfection, locking in all that smoky heat and natural richness of wild salmon. Served alongside a creamy potato salad or your favorite cool side, it’s a perfect balance of spice and comfort.
