Nashville Hot Sockeye Salmon
Turn up the heat with this Nashville Hot Sockeye Salmon, a fiery, flavorful twist on a classic Southern favorite! Made with wild-caught Sockeye Salmon portions, this recipe combines a spicy-sweet blend of honey, paprika, garlic, and bold seasonings that caramelize beautifully as the salmon roasts. Each fillet is oven-baked to tender, flaky perfection, locking in all that smoky heat and natural richness of wild salmon. Served alongside a creamy potato salad or your favorite cool side, it’s a perfect balance of spice and comfort.
  • Cook Time:

Ingredients

  • (6 portions) Sockeye Salmon
  • Nashville Hot Sauce
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • (to taste) Salt & Pepper
  • (1 stick) Butter

  • (3 teaspoons) Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. In a saucepan place everything but the butter into the pan and warm up on low heat constantly stirring.
  2. When the mixture has liquefied turn off heat (just needs to be warmed no need to bring to a boil).
