Your subscription and your credit are both flexible. If your schedule or needs change, you can text us to slow down, speed up, or pause your boxes. Your Founders balance will simply be used more slowly or more quickly based on how often you receive orders, so nothing has to go to waste.
What if we move?
As long as you’re still in the contiguous U.S., we can update your shipping address and keep your Founders Pass credit attached to your account. If you move somewhere we can’t deliver, we’ll work with you on a fair solution.
What if I already have a subscription?
Perfect. Founders is designed exactly for you. We attach your Founders Pass as store credit on your existing account, and that balance automatically covers your subscription orders as they run, until it’s used up. You keep the same schedule and boxes you already love.
How big of a freezer do I need?
Most Founders families do well with a standard fridge freezer plus a small chest or upright freezer. Boxes arrive on your usual schedule – you’re not getting a year of meat all at once – so you don’t need commercial storage. If you’re unsure, we can give you a quick guideline based on your box size.
Is this right for us if we’re on a tighter budget?
Founders is for families who already buy from us regularly and want the calm of “decide once for the year” by pre-funding their meat. If prepaying doesn’t feel wise right now, it’s okay to stick with a normal subscription. We’ll keep serving you either way.
