Our Ground Beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished beef from cattle raised on our regenerative family farm. It has a rich, deep flavor and a clean fat content that you simply cannot get from grain finished beef — the kind of ground beef that reminds you what beef is supposed to taste like before feedlots and shortcuts became the norm. This is the foundation of so many great meals, and it starts with cattle raised the right way.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed and finished on chemical free native pastures with no antibiotics, no added hormones, and no vaccines. Grass finishing produces beef with a superior fat profile, richer flavor, and a nutritional density that grain finished beef cannot match.

Cooking Tip: For burgers, form loose patties and season only with salt — do not overwork the meat. Cook in a cast iron skillet or on the grill over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium. For sauces and skillets, brown over medium-high heat without crowding the pan for the best caramelization. Perfect for smash burgers, bolognese, tacos, stuffed peppers, meatballs, chili, or any recipe that calls for quality ground beef.
