Our cattle are 100% grass fed and finished on chemical free native pastures with no antibiotics, no added hormones, and no vaccines. Grass finishing on native pastures produces beef with a richer fat profile and deeper flavor than anything grain finished can offer.

Cooking Tip: For the ultimate smash burger, form loose 3 to 4 oz balls, smash hard on a screaming hot cast iron griddle, season with salt, and let the crust develop for 2 to 3 minutes before flipping once. The higher fat content means incredible flavor and a crust that simply does not happen with leaner grinds.
