It comes from a slightly different cut of the pig than bacon, being less fatty and more tender and tasty.
We use only the best natural ingredients in our tasty Ayers Valley recipe, including popular seasonings like salt, red pepper, sage, sugar and black pepper. This taste combination combines the traditional flavors you know and love with a little Ayers Valley flair.
We believe in delectable, healthy cuts of pork that anyone can enjoy. This is why we don't use MSG or nitrates in our farm to door meat products. Our customers can expect a delicious gluten-free sausage (!!) that is both healthy and flavorful.
Breakfast sausage meat is often made up of cuts from the shoulder and loin of the hog. The loin is the most tender cuts of meat, and the shoulder adds some toughness and flavor. Our gluten free cut consists of the best cuts of ground pork, pre-seasoned and ready to fry, bake, or broil.
