The Porterhouse has the largest portion of the tenderloin in it. It is considered the king of all steak cuts! You get two steaks in one with the Porterhouse cut: a Filet Mignon AND a New York Strip.
Our cattle are rotated daily to fresh pasture and have their choice of 20 different types of minerals. They are grass fed and finished on only forage and have never been exposed to antibiotics or hormones. It is also dry aged for 10-14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. It is the highest quality beef that you can buy!
