Grass-fed finished beef short ribs are meaty ribs that come from the rib eye section of the beef and are great for braising or slow cooking.
Our cattle are rotated daily to fresh pasture and have their choice of 20 different types of minerals. They are grass fed and finished on only forage and have never been exposed to antibiotics or hormones. It is also dry aged for 10-14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
