Comparable to the flank steak, the hanger steak actually sits below the diaphragm. It's protected by the rib cage, which makes the steak flavorful and tender, even more so than a flank steak. A carcass only yields one of these!
Our cattle are rotated daily to fresh pasture and have their choice of 20 different types of minerals. They are grass fed and finished on only forage and have never been exposed to antibiotics or hormones. It is also dry aged for 10-14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. It is the highest quality beef that you can buy!
