We are excited to be offering this forest raised nitrate free cured jowl bacon!  

Jowl Bacon is from the pork cheeks, it's a delicious treat much like bacon, but some claim it's even better. Only two small portions on each hog! 1 lb. / pack.

Not fully cooked / No preservatives added.

Ingredients: Pork Belly, Cane Sugar, Salt, Sorghum, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Celery Powder, Garlic Powder, Juniper Berries, Chili Flakes.
