Our flank steak is very flavorful and cooks quickly, with a grain that runs the length of the steak. Great for grilling and then slicing thin against the grain for steak salad—a very versatile steak.
Our cattle are rotated daily to fresh pasture and have their choice of 20 different types of minerals. They are grass fed and finished on only forage and have never been exposed to antibiotics or hormones. It is also dry aged for 10-14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
