Grassfed eye of round are a lean roast that does well with stewing and braising. Great cut for an easy pot roast or thinly sliced sandwich meat.
Our cattle are rotated daily to fresh pasture and have their choice of 20 different types of minerals. They are grass fed and finished on only forage and have never been exposed to antibiotics or hormones. It is also dry aged for 10-14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. It is the highest quality beef that you can buy!
