Chicken Thighs are arguably the tastiest part of the chicken. Tender, juicy, dark meat from the top of the bird’s leg. You can use them for kabobs, an oven baked meal or throw them in your crockpot. We think the best way is to roast them in the oven (low and slow), then finish off on the grill or broil setting to crisp them up.
