It is dry aged for 10-14 days to give you flavor and texture that you will be sure to love. There are a number of health benefits as well, it is enhanced in Omega 3's, CLA, and high levels of Vitamin A and E.
Our cattle are rotated daily to fresh pasture and have their choice of 20 different types of minerals. They are grass fed and finished on only forage and have never been exposed to antibiotics or hormones. It is also dry aged for 10-14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
