This sausage gravy is simply the easiest, best recipe for that good old fashioned breakfast. Our forest fed pork provides the perfect taste to create a wonderful meal for you to enjoy. You can serve with biscuits & eggs!
If Josh & I are feeling crazy, we create the “Trainwreck”. There’s a little hole in the wall diner in the town by the railroad tracks that I grew up by that still serves this dish. It’s layered like this; biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs then melted cheese on top. Trust me, it’s delicious but you’ll be ready to go to sleep soon after you eat it!

1 lb. Pork Sage Sausage
1/4 C. All Purpose Flour
