This sausage gravy is simply the easiest, best recipe for that good old fashioned breakfast. Our forest fed pork provides the perfect taste to create a wonderful meal for you to enjoy. You can serve with biscuits & eggs!

If Josh & I are feeling crazy, we create the “Trainwreck”. There’s a little hole in the wall diner in the town by the railroad tracks that I grew up by that still serves this dish. It’s layered like this; biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs then melted cheese on top. Trust me, it’s delicious but you’ll be ready to go to sleep soon after you eat it!

Cook Time: 15 minutes

1 lb. Pork Sage Sausage

1/4 C. All Purpose Flour

3 C. Milk

Salt & Pepper to taste

1. In a medium skillet, brown the ground pork and chop into your desired size sausage crumbles.

2. Add flour to the sausage and grease in the skillet and stir to combine.

3. Add in milk, 1 cup at a time and stir to combine. Keep the heat over medium/high until it is a thicker consistency.

4. Add salt & pepper to taste then serve over warm biscuits.
